Book Coffee Catering

By submitting your information, you are agreeing to the following terms and condition:

Deposit: 50% deposit is due at time of booking to confirm your event. Final payment is due the day of your event by credit or cash. Checks are not accepted for final payment without prior approval.

Final Payment / Late Fees: Final balance is due the day service is provided, or by the due date stated on your invoice, whichever is later. A late payment fee may be added to any outstanding balance after the first 24 hours, or after the due date on your invoice, whichever is later, unless specific arrangements have been made with us.

Guests Under 18: Persons under the age of 18 will not be served. You may request a minor’s non-caffeinated bar for an additional fee.

Beverage Selection: We will provide a variety of beverages and enough supplies for the number of guests you indicate. Some beverages may be more popular than others and may be depleted.

Refunds: The Coffee Catering Company does not issue refunds for low turnout or unconsumed beverages.

Extended Time: Should you ask us to stay beyond the agreed time, an additional service fee will be applicable and payable at time of extension. We reserve the right to decline extended service.

You Cancel: All deposits are returned in full should you cancel at least 10 days prior to your event minus a $25 administrative fee. If you cancel less than 10 days prior to your event but at least 72 hours ahead of time, 50% of your deposit is forfeited. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your event date, your deposit is forfeited. 

We Cancel: The Coffee Catering Company reserves the right to terminate this contract should circumstances arise outside of our control, including staffing shortages, vehicle breakdown, equipment failure, or other issues outside of our control that prevent us from providing service. If The Coffee Catering Company cancels, all deposits will be returned in full. (Some exceptions may apply – for example, if you requested a custom menu item that required items we do not normally keep in stock.)

Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather making it difficult to load and unload equipment and/or serve at the event venue, The Coffee Catering Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel service. Late start due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund. If cancellation is necessary after arrival due to weather (but prior to start), all deposits/prepayments will be refunded minus $150 + 10%. Please watch the weather the days prior to your event for high winds, rain, or winter weather conditions, especially if your event is outside.

Parking / Unloading / Fees / Citations: Our driver must be able to park in a convenient location and allow enough time to unload without risking being ticketed or towed. The Coffee Catering Company reserves the right to cancel service should parking be a problem for our driver. Client will receive a refund of any prepaids minus $250 + 20%. If parking fees are incurred by our staff, these fees will be added to final bill, up to $20 per vehicle. Any citations issued to our driver(s) who followed your instructions for parking or load in/out will be billed back to the organization.

If there is no parking available to us at the building entrance for loading and unloading, it may be difficult or impossible for us to unload, delaying service or possibly restricting service altogether.  Our driver has permission to cancel if they cannot park and unload.

Liability: You, the client, will not attempt to hold liable nor sue The Coffee Catering Company, and/or its umbrella company Latte Living LLC, Cleveland Espresso, nor its subsidiaries, owners, franchise owners, partners, employees, or independent contractors, for any losses, except where permitted by law due to negligence on the part of an individual. The Client will not hold The Coffee Catering Company and/or any of its sister companies, owners, officers, employees, or investors liable for negligence on the part of any individual(s). Nor will the Client sue or attempt to hold liable the same should any guests become ill or injured before, during, or after the event. 

Unlawful Activities: The client and parties related to the client and event will comply with all the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, all municipal ordinances and all lawful orders of police and fire departments, and will not do anything on the premises in violation of any laws, ordinances, rules or orders. Unlawful activity occurring on the premises is cause for immediate cancellation by The Coffee Catering Company without refund to client.
If a portion of above is not legally contractual, the remainder shall remain in full force.

I have read and understand all the terms previously presented and agree to adhere by them and understand that I and/or my organization may forfeit monies, or incur a fee, for failing to abide by these terms.

I certify that I am authorized to make this agreement on behalf of the organization booking the event, defined here as Client.

By typing my name below and sending this form, I agree with the above terms, and am authorized to do so on part of the party hiring The Coffee Catering Company.
